How we handle
your information.

Xazri Studio (“we”, “us”) is an independent creative studio. This policy explains what we collect through this website, why we collect it, and who helps us process it.

Contact form

If you write to us, we collect the email address, topic, and message you submit. We use that information only to read your enquiry and reply. We do not sell it or use it for advertising.

We send those messages with Resend, our email delivery provider. Your message is stored by us and by Resend only as needed to deliver and manage correspondence.

Bot protection (Cloudflare Turnstile)

The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, an invisible check that distinguishes people from bots. We use it solely to protect the form from automated abuse. We do not use Turnstile to identify, profile, or target anyone.

Cloudflare processes limited client signals for this purpose, including IP address, TLS fingerprint, User-Agent, and the Turnstile site key and page origin. Cloudflare states that it cannot directly identify a person from these signals. Those signals are strictly necessary to detect and block bots, so we do not ask for a separate consent checkbox before you send a message. Submitting the form is how the check runs.

Cloudflare acts as our processor when it protects this website. It also processes the same kinds of signals as a controller to improve Turnstile’s bot detection. You can read Cloudflare’s Turnstile Privacy Addendum and Privacy Policy.

Cookies

We do not set marketing or analytics cookies. Turnstile may use strictly necessary technical cookies or similar storage so it can tell humans from bots. Those are security measures, not advertising trackers.

How long we keep information

Contact messages are kept for as long as we need them to handle your enquiry and our records, then deleted or archived. Turnstile verification tokens are used once to confirm a submission and are not stored as a visitor profile.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Use the contact form and tell us it is a privacy request. If Cloudflare processed Turnstile signals while protecting our form, we can help you reach the right place; questions about Cloudflare’s own improvement of Turnstile can also go to Cloudflare’s Data Protection Officer at dpo@cloudflare.com.

Changes

We may update this policy when our practices or providers change. The date at the top of this page will change when we do.
